Pre Order Delivery Policy

Pre-ordered items can encounter excessive delivery times and are sometimes subject to delays out of our control. 

Any delays in delivery do not entitle you to a refund.

If you no longer want the item purchased or simply do not wish to wait, we can issue a gift card for the total cost of the pre order item.
