Shipping policy

We currently offer both international and domestic shipping options available.

Free Shipping Australia Wide is only available without any other discounts.

Order Processing Time

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am until 5pm. However we are always available via email, and will endeavor to respond to all customer enquiries as quickly as possible.

Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 -3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays, and orders placed during weekends and Public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Domestic - Shipping and Delivery

If your order contains an item on pre-order and an in stock item:

Your order will be shipped upon the last item being received in stock.  Eg if your cart includes pre order and non pre order items your order will be shipped once all pre order items are in stock and available.


The standard delivery time for furniture items is 5-10 working days (see below).

Please note that all delivery dates and delivery windows are estimates and therefore we cannot control shipping delays that are experienced by our carriers. 

Pre Orders

All pre-orders are final and non-refundable if you change your mind.  Please see our Pre Order Delivery Policy for further details.

Please note that delivery dates on pre orders are an estimate and this date may fluctuate either due to the current shipping congestion issues brought on by peak delivery periods e.g. Christmas.  Any delays including customs clearance are out of our control and communicated proactively where possible to our customers.
