Refund policy

At Oh My Frankie we double check the quality on every order before it leaves our warehouse.

We encourage everyone to read out product descriptions prior to purchasing to avoid any disappointment or incorrect selections.  Oh My Frankie is not liable for a refund for change of mind purchase.

EXCHANGES

If you ordered the wrong item, have changed your mind about your order, or made an error with your order, you will be liable for the return shipping costs.

  • Returns must be sent with a tracking number.
  • Once we have received your return we will process store credit/exchange within 7 business days.
  • Returns that are damaged, used, sent back with opened packaging, soiled or altered will not be processed, nor will they be returned to sender.

  • All exchanges must be posted to the address provided via email.
  • Please note, no refunds or exchanges are accepted on sale items.

 

REFUND FOR DAMAGED GOODS

If you receive damaged products, please follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Contact our Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. You can contact us at info@ohmyfrankie.com

  2. Provide Information:  Please provide the following information:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or a description of the damage

  3. Our Team will assess the provided information to confirm the damage.

  4. Return Authorisation: If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item.

  5. Return the Item: Ship the damaged product back to us as instructed. Please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

  6. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage, we will initiate the refund process.

  7. Refund Method: The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take 14 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the damage is a result of misuse or mishandling.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund policies may vary based on your location and applicable laws.

  • We must receive notification of a Faulty item in writing within 7 days of receipt and the item must be returned to Oh My Frankie within 20 days of receipt of the goods.
