Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am until 5pm. Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm on weekdays, and orders placed during weekends and Public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once item is with our Courier postage takes 1-5 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once lodged with shipping company.

We do our best to ensure we give you an accurate delivery timeline for any pre-orders made, however, items can encounter excessive delivery times due to delays that are out of our control.

Please be aware that while we will keep you updated, any delays in delivery do not entitle you to a refund.

If you no longer want the item purchased or simply do not wish to wait, we can issue a gift card for the total cost of the pre order item.

Our Magnetic Wall Decal features an adhesive side that adheres to your wall and a magnetic side where you can effortlessly attach your play items.

Step 1: Peel back the protective sheet, starting with a 10 cm strip from the bottom of the adhesive side.

Step 2: Stick the top of the 10 cm adhesive strip directly to your wall. Slowly remove the protective sheet upwards to the top.

Step 3: Smooth the decal onto your wall, pressing firmly to eliminate air bubbles. Work from the center out. You can use a book to help smooth out any bubbles or air.

We include an instruction sheet with every Oh My Frankie Magnetic Wall Decal and we also have installation videos on our instagram page for your additional insights and tips.

Our Magnetic Wall Decal is designed for use on indoor surfaces that are smooth and non-absorbent, such as most painted walls, glass partitions, and doors.

It's important to acknowledge that while we take all necessary precautions, the application and removal of the adhesive may carry minimal risks. Please note that Oh My Frankie is not responsible for any damage to the wall during the application or removal process.

You can simply wipe the surface using anything from baby wipes, a whiteboard eraser or a damp cloth (we include a cloth in the purchase of your decal). For any tough stains, a dry erase cleaner or spray and wipe will do the trick.

Paint/Walls that are not compatible with the Oh My Frankie Magnetic Wall Decal

Stain Resistant /Wash and Wear Paint : these paints resist dirt and stains, sometimes making it challenging for decals to stick.

Textured walls: due to the surface of these wall types, our decal will not adhere to these smoothly. We use an adhesive that is pressure activated and requires a smooth wall for application to ensure the adhesive sticks.

Newly Painted walls: Be patient! Wait at least 30 days before applying your Oh My Frankie Magnetic Wall Decal.

If you are unsure about your wall compatibility

We include a role of strong double sided tape with your Magnetic Decal. This can be used to help ensure your decal stays securely on your wall no matter what surface.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for our Decals if they are found to be incompatible with your surface or application.

Our Sprinkle table and chairs are made from 100% recycled plastic and non-toxic materials.

Please note there may be inconsistencies with the confetti used in our Sprinkle table and chairs and that no piece is alike.

Absolutely! Our Sprinkle table and chairs are the perfect addition to any outdoor space. Made of recycled plastic they are completely waterproof and lightweight making them easy to move from indoors and outside as you please. We think they make the perfect addition to cubby houses.

Please note: if using outdoor, please do not leave in direct sunlight as this will damage the coloring of the plastic.
